Tina Ignasiak

Tina Ignasiak is an experienced political fundraising and finance professional with a proven record of leading large-scale, high-impact fundraising operations. Most recently, she served as Finance Director for the Democratic Party of Wisconsin, where she designed and directed fundraising programs that raised more than $80 million in the 2023/2024 election cycle to support races up and down the ballot in 2024, including the two most expensive judicial elections in U.S. history.

Tina has led major gifts programs, cultivated six- and seven-figure donor relationships, and built and managed high-performing finance teams. She has worked closely with statewide and national campaigns, party leaders, consultants, and allied organizations to execute comprehensive fundraising strategies and meet ambitious goals. Previously, she was Deputy Finance Director for Governor Tony Evers’ successful 2022 re-election campaign and ran the Democratic Party of Wisconsin’s call time program during their recording breaking 2020 cycle.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Tina was recognized as the 2025 Campaign Excellence Award recipient for Fundraiser of the Year and resides in Madison, WI.
